Know what to reorder, and from whom

Purchase orders, receiving and stocktakes for Shopify merchants who buy from suppliers. Reads your sales and stock, works out what runs out next, and groups it by supplier — so a reorder takes minutes instead of an afternoon in a spreadsheet.

• Reorder suggestions you can argue with. Every quantity comes with the sales window, lead time and coverage it was built from — a number you can't explain won't be followed.
• Purchase orders end to end. Draft, send to the supplier, receive partial deliveries, settle backorders, check the invoice against what you ordered, track what's due.
• Stocktakes on a phone. Count by barcode or by hand, see the gap in units and in value, and apply it to Shopify — or don't: stock writing stays switched off until you turn it on.
